About the Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a Queensland State Government department to recruit an experienced Change Analyst to support a large-scale transformation and reform program.

This role sits within a central Transformation Office and plays a key part in driving and embedding change across complex organisational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end change management activities across multiple projects
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
• Support transition planning and integration into business-as-usual operations
• Collaborate with project teams, business units, and leadership to embed change
• Monitor change adoption, risks, and provide insights to senior stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience in change management within large, complex environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience delivering change across transformation or reform programs
• Solid understanding of change frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
