Career Transition

We provide a comprehensive range of individual programs to those either facing redundancy or looking to re-invigorate their careers. We can provide communication training for managers, notification day support as well as working with survivors to ensure those who are left continue to perform.

Our broad range of executive, manager and employee programs offer flexibility to cater to your employee’s needs, we are not an outplacement production line nor do we take the “cookie cutter” approach. We will match the most relevant and effective program and career consultant to each employee, taking into account occupation, seniority, salary, level of responsibility, number of years with the organisation, and last, but not least, individual needs.

Every program participant will be assigned his or her own personal career consultant. Our emphasis is on flexibility in meeting the individual’s needs rather than strictly following a rigid process.
