Pinpoint Talent is seeking an experienced and strategic EL1 Change Manager to support our Federal Government client in delivering enterprise-level transformation initiatives for the public health sector.

About the Role
This role sits within the Transformation Office and is responsible for planning, leading, and implementing change activities across a range of large-scale programs and smaller initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, senior stakeholders, and communications specialists to ensure alignment, engagement, and successful adoption of organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end change management activities to support business transformation.

• Conduct change impact assessments, readiness reviews, and stakeholder engagement.

• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and communications.

• Monitor adoption and effectiveness through defined metrics and feedback loops.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and culturally aligned change delivery.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management frameworks, toolkits, and processes.

• Champion a positive change culture across the organisation.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering complex change initiatives in Government or healthcare settings.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.

• Experience using structured change methodologies such as PROSCI is highly desirable.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Change, or related fields are desirable.

Australian Citizenship is a requirement for this role.
