About the Role We are seeking a Microsoft Senior Technical Engineer to join our team, responsible for the design, implementation, security, and management of ICT infrastructure and databases. This role involves technical leadership, supporting a government department's Microsoft environment and ensuring efficient system operation.

The Senior Technical Engineer will work under limited direction, using initiative and judgment to apply best practices, contribute to business planning, and drive continuous improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Microsoft environment end-to-end
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical leadership
• Design and develop enterprise solutions for Microsoft platforms
• Oversee

patch management, security updates, and system maintenance

Technical Skills & Experience

• Experience in large-scale, complex enterprise environment

Knowledge in one or more of the following:

1. End-user devices, Microsoft landscape, Desktop & Server SO
2. Active Directory, SCCM, Group Policy, and Identity & Access Control
3. Application packaging & integration (Exchange, Skype, SharePoint, SQL Server, M365, Azure & Azure AD)
4. Automation, Enterprise Management, and Asset Management
