Our client, in the building/manufacturing/industrial industry, is looking for an IT Manager to lead the charge on delivering impactful technology programs — from ERP rollouts to systems integrations, Power BI reporting, and everything in between.
You'll play a key role in aligning teams and technology to deliver improvements that streamline operations and drive smarter business outcomes.
 
What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery across cross-functional teams
• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards to unlock operational insights
• Improve processes through continuous improvement initiatives
• Align business goals with technical outcomes — especially across manufacturing operations, production and installation
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and change activities

What you bring

• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments, with a strong understanding operational workflows across all levels of the business — from factory frontline to executive leadership
• Solid understanding of business systems, data flow, and reporting
• You’ve delivered complex tech projects before — ideally ERP, or platform rollouts
• You know your way around Power BI
• You’re all about improving processes, not just maintaining the status quo
• industry experience in manufacturing or industrial is required
• You love working with people and keeping projects moving
