We are seeking an experienced Network Support Officer to support mission-critical Defence IT systems, working within deployed and secure environments on a large scale ICT modernisation program.

Sydney based
12 month contract, potential extension
NV2 Security Clearance required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist network support to mission-critical ICT systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues promptly.
• Work within degraded environments (DDIL) to maintain system functionality.
• Support the design, build, and deployment of complex network solutions.
• Support the maintenance, patching, and upgrading of systems in line with Defence requirements.
• Develop workarounds and contingency plans for adverse conditions.
• Produce and maintain SOPs, build guides, and technical artefacts.
• Manage digital certificates and ensure compliance with Defence ICT protocols.

Skills & Experience:

• NV2 Security Clearance required.
• Experience in a Network Support position.
• Experience working in Defence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
