Program Engagement Manager
We are seeking an experienced Program Engagement Manager to lead stakeholder engagement and communication efforts for a large-scale Human Capital Management System (HCMS) implementation in a QLD Government department. This role will focus on developing and executing engagement strategies to ensure seamless adoption and business success.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder engagement strategies to support the successful rollout of the HCMS program.
• Develop and implement communication plans to inform and engage employees throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships across departments to drive alignment and program buy-in.
• Manage internal communication channels, such as intranet updates, newsletters, and events.
• Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback to refine engagement strategies.
• Oversee engagement initiatives, including webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to program leadership.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, or change management, ideally within HR or IT system implementations.
• Strong ability to develop and execute communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
• Excellent relationship-building and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors.
• Ability to analyse data and adjust engagement strategies accordingly.
• Background in Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) or HR technology projects is desirable.
