Job description
Pinpoint Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within a major Federal Government healthcare project. This role plays a key part in supporting national health outcomes through improved medication safety, aligned with Commonwealth Government strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of project delivery including planning, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with organisational and program outcomes.
- Develop project benefits realisation plans, including measurable outputs, change adoption activities, and reporting metrics.
- Define work packages and oversee the contributions of technical teams, communications, and stakeholder specialists.
- Maintain detailed risk and issue registers and oversee governance frameworks to support project oversight and assurance.
- Drive procurement and contract activities in accordance with government procurement standards.
- Prepare high-quality documentation including executive briefs, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and support development of external communications in partnership with media and communications teams.
- Provide expert project management advice and support broader organisational initiatives where required.
- Australian Citizenship is required
- Proven track record in end-to-end project management within complex environments.
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile) either attained or in progress.
- Demonstrated understanding of public sector procurement practices.
- Experience working in Government or Healthcare environments
