Pinpoint Talent's Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join on an initial contract until April 2026 with potential extension.

As a Project Scheduler for the National Program Delivery Branch (NPD), you will be responsible for providing support to the NPD program and project teams to effectively plan, prioritise and manage the NPD portfolio of programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise program and project teams on scheduling, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables in line with the Agency’s Portfolio Project Management Framework (PPMF).

  • Develop and maintain best-practice strategies for resource and schedule management within the EPMO.

  • Lead planning activities, ensuring schedules are developed and maintained throughout project lifecycles.

  • Maintain a portfolio-wide schedule with regular status updates.

  • Support teams with resource planning and resolve scheduling issues.

  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships across teams.

Key Knowledge & Experience:

  • Around 5 years’ EPMO experience in a Government environment.

  • Certification in PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, MSP, or related methodologies.

  • Strong technical skills in database programs, especially Microsoft Excel.

  • Proven experience in supply chain, project management, or business management.

  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently with sound judgment.

This role requires flexibility, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to scheduling and resource management.
