Contract role for Federal Gov working within the Policy, Programs and Engagement division. This role involves performing multifaceted work that
provides detailed technical and business analysis, system analysis, and design modelling. Complex problem solving and issues management, exercising sound decision-making and judgement to produce high level policy advice on strategic, political and operational outcomes for the client.

This Program is aimed at identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting key objectives on sharing of medicines information.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong working knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks, and their impacts on delivery of cross-jurisdictional projects.
• Expertise in risk assessment and risk management, ensuring compliance with policy and legislative frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas through documentation and visual representations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Effective stakeholder engagement, fostering collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Relevant Experience

• Demonstrated experience in leading business analysis activities for medium-to-large-scale projects, including requirements gathering and feasibility studies.
• Proven ability to engage with Healthcare providers / Government agencies.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, impact analyses, and project prioritisation to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong background in managing project documentation, including business cases, policy briefs, and system specifications.
• Ability to work independently under broad direction, making sound decisions based on professional judgment and business needs.
• Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with product managers, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver business solutions.
