Pinpoint Talent are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join on  an initial 12 month contract within a prominent federal government agency. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful work in the public sector, developing Salesforce solutions.

Australia-wide placements available (ACT, VIC, NSW, QLD preferred)
12 month contract, potential 12 month extension
Hybrid WFH arrangement
Australian Citizenship required


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications aligned with industry standards and best practices
• Design and deliver scalable, secure technical solutions with a strong user-focus
• Produce technical documentation, test plans, and user guides
• Improve delivery efficiency and responsiveness through continuous process improvements
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using Azure DevOps
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD practices

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar
• Mandatory experience with OmniStudio or CRM Analytics
• Proficient with Salesforce DX and development tools
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and CI/CD principles
• Experience with Git, pull requests, and automation scripting (e.g., YAML, Bash)
• Demonstrated experience in development assurance and code review activities
• Australian Citizenship required
