The Opportunity Join our Clinical Systems team as a Systems Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of our clinical systems across international locations. You’ll support both day-to-day operations and major infrastructure upgrades, directly contributing to the care we provide to patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical system uptime and performance within SLAs
• Test and implement patches, upgrades, and system changes with minimal disruption
• Support system backup, recovery processes, and continuity planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to increase system reliability and usability
• Partner with IT Service Desk to optimise customer service and support
• Work with the physics team to coordinate technology upgrades and equipment rollouts
• Deploy new software and infrastructure as part of business and clinical projects
• Provide technical input for strategic IT decisions and global project initiatives
