Job description
Pinpoint Talent are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join a clinical systems team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is responsible for delivering infrastructure and support for clinical system users across multiple regions, including Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, and Europe.

- Ensure all clinical systems are operational within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and that maintenance, upgrades, and patches are fully tested with minimal disruption.
- Maintain programs including backup and recovery capability and create/test business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with the clinical systems team to enhance system reliability and knowledge of support requirements.
- Work closely with the IT service desk to ensure effective customer service.
- Partner with the physics team on upgrades, new equipment, and emerging technologies to meet clinical needs.
- Support deployment of new software and infrastructure.
- Enable technology upgrades and implementations to support project activities.
- Provide input into strategic decisions and contribute to international projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Windows Server Administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical issue resolution skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration across geographically separated teams.
- Familiarity with common project management methodologies.
- Flexibility to perform occasional after-hours tasks when required.
