Pinpoint Talent's Defence client is seeking an experienced Workforce Intelligence Consultant to support their International Placement Office within a high-profile strategic program.
The office is responsible for coordinating the movement and placement of workforce personnel between Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This role is central to enabling strategic workforce capability and supporting the program's delivery.
 
6 month contract | Canberra | NV1 Clearance required
 
The successful consultant will play a key role in workforce planning, intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include developing and implementing workforce and project plans to support the establishment and ongoing operation of the office, designing placement and posting pathways for inbound and outbound personnel, creating governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms, and developing dashboards and executive-level visualisations to provide real-time insight into workforce activity.
 
The role requires close collaboration with Defence personnel and industry stakeholders, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Candidates must demonstrate experience in workforce intelligence, workforce planning, market or workforce analysis, and data modelling.
 
Experience in a Defence or national security environment is highly desirable.
An NV1 security clearance or above is required.
